Terms of Service

1. What Silensio is

Silensio is a proposal engagement tracking tool. You upload a PDF proposal, share a tracking link with your prospect, and Silensio monitors engagement and surfaces actionable signals. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@silensio.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
Use Silensio to track individuals without a legitimate business purpose
Resell or sublicence access to the platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Plans and limits

The Free plan allows up to 2 active proposal watches. The Pro plan removes that limit. Plan features may change with reasonable notice.

5. Payment

Pro is billed at £35/month via Stripe. Billing is monthly and you may cancel at any time from your account settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will not charge you after cancellation.

6. Your data

You own the content you upload. By uploading a proposal you grant Silensio a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. We do not sell or share your proposal content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Silensio available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silensio's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
